All photos were shot on Walgreens 400 ASA film. I must say that I was thoroughly surprised when I got these $8 digital scans back from Walgreens. I didn’t expect much at all, especially when the technician behind the counter couldn’t even tell me what the file sizes would be for the scans when I asked her while dropping the film off. I told her that if she was the one scanning the film then she should be able to tell what the file sizes are by looking at the settings in the scanner. Her reply to me was “oh, I don’t scan the films. The machine does! So I wouldn’t know what the file sizes would be.” So needless to say, I figured I had just wasted $8. But to my surprise, the photos came out pretty darn descent!! Who knew!!! Way to go Walgreens!
