Poor Film Scans, Same Good Feel

The digital scans of this latest film roll was absolutely butchered by the folks at Walgreens and took some work in LR on my part to fix, but at the end I still really like the analog feel of the photos.

April Maybe I can’t see the butchered part here because you said you fixed them already, but even though, they all still look perfect to me! I really admire your style in composition.

terrini Thanks for the love! The photos were all yellow and had a veiled look to them when I got them back, but I did the best I could to clean them up a bit. Hope I’ll have better luck next time.

Phil Vaughn The scans may be off, but the photos work. It looks like some of them are just looking for a little more light and/or contrast, but there is no way to know what a particular roll of film is going to give you. Nice work! I enjoyed the photos.

terrini Thanks Phil! The scans had this yellow, veiled look to them. I guess you get what you pay for at Walgreens.
